- Beatrice and her mother are buried in her maternal grandparent's plot
(look for the Hunt family marker). She was the
next-to-last to die, three months after the
bombing.
Beatrice's father is buried near the river in his parent's unmarked plot. Most references list her father's name as "John F. Gibbs" but her marker gives his initials as "F.J.". We obtained the name "Frank" from the cemetery sexton's records.
