- Place of Burial:
- Wildwood Cemetery, Chesaning Township,
- Location of Gravesite:
- Lot 106, Row 6 (west of mausoleum) in wedge between Sharon Road and
Ferden Road and east of the easternmost N/S cemetery drive.
- Information of Note:
- Beatrice and her mother are buried in her maternal grandparent's plot
(look for the Hunt family marker). She was the
next-to-last to die, three months after the
Beatrice's father is buried near the river in his parent's unmarked
plot. Most references list her father's name as "John F. Gibbs" but
her marker gives his initials as "F.J.". We obtained the name
"Frank" from the cemetery sexton's records.
Location of the Hunt family plot (Beatrice Gibb's mother's
parents), looking southwest from Ferden Road north of the mausoleum.
The two large evergreens bracket the grandparents headstone.
The Hunt family marker is between the evergreens, to the left
& behind the Westfall plot marker. Beatrice & her mother's
grave markers are in front of the family marker.
The Hunt family plot marker. Beatrice's marker is leaning against
the family marker.
